Senior Performance Marketing Executive

As part of the continued growth of one of our clients’ Paid Media teams, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and confident in managing campaigns end-to-end across Google & Meta.

• Independently build, manage, and optimise Search & Social campaigns across Google & Meta.
• Analyse performance results and translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Optimise campaigns using strong knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting, and best-practice campaign structures.
• Support budget planning and management (monthly & yearly) across multiple markets and platforms, aligned with client KPIs.
• Use planning tools, including Google Keyword Planner, You Tube Planner, and Meta Campaign Planner.
• Plan and implement experiments / A-B testing across Google and Meta platforms.
• Stay up to date with platform updates and performance best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) Business Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including pulling and analysing reports.
• Advanced working knowledge of Ads Editor for efficient campaign builds.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Concatenate).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns within the Banking and Financial Services sector is a strong plus.
