Digital Project Manager

About ATÖLYE ATÖLYE is a strategic design and innovation studio working at the intersection of strategy, design, learning and spatial experience.

As our Middle East presence grows, we are now seeking a Digital Project Manager to support the delivery of complex digital engagements and help build long-term client partnerships across the region.

• Coordinating the project plan, delivery approach, timelines and resourcing across multiple digital engagements
• Planning and scoping new digital projects, including defining scope, deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Developing proposals for new engagements and maintaining responsibility for project budget from proposal stage through to project closure
• Working closely with Design Leads, Technical Leads and Product stakeholders to ensure alignment between vision, design and implementation
• Facilitating clear and structured communication between team members, collaborators and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing external vendors, developers or partners when required
• Leading internal and external project reporting, including status updates, risk tracking and financial oversight
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard of quality, on time and within agreed constraints
• Suggesting and implementing new strategies that support continual improvement of ATÖLYE’s digital project management practices
• Supporting business development efforts alongside Account Directors by contributing to proposals, scoping and client conversations

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital project management within agencies, consultancies, product teams or digital startups (international experience is a plus)
• Demonstrable experience delivering digital products such as web platforms, mobile applications, or complex digital services
• Strong understanding of the digital delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, testing and launch
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build open, honest and trusting relationships
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, clients and internal leadership
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a holistic understanding of project goals and outcomes
• A mindset focused on exceeding client expectations and delivering high-quality work
• Ability to operate effectively within changing, multidisciplinary teams (design, development, strategy, content, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of project management principles, methods, tools and techniques (Agile and/or Scrum experience is essential)
• Ability to manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously across different levels of complexity
• Demonstrable experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and time constraints
• Strong facilitation, communication and storytelling skills, both in client settings and internal team environments
