Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the regional IT director to create and implement a data strategy for the Middle East and Africa Region.
* Embed a governance framework ensuring accountability and data transparency across local teams.
* Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, Sales system & SAP) to provide insights that drive business decisions.
* Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that focus on actionable insights.
* Produce insightful dashboards and reports, ensuring data is presented in an accessible and user-friendly manner.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
* 5-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, with management experience.
* Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within the advertising or media industry.
* Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
* Strong experience in SQL Language and data warehousing.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.## Benefits
