Dev Ops Engineer

Location:
Dubai, UAE

Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation, you will spearhead our infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and cloud reliability efforts, ensuring our global telecom-tower platform runs at peak performance.

• Define, version‑control and deploy infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep or ARM Templates
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI) for .NET, Python and Node.js applications
• Provision, configure and optimise Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS); lead legacy‑to‑cloud migrations
• Build and manage container images (Docker) and deploy on Kubernetes clusters
• Implement observability with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus; maintain dashboards, alerts and runbooks
• Integrate automated unit, integration and smoke tests; enforce security scans and vulnerability checks
• Coordinate build, test and release activities; act as escalation point for deployment issues
• Lead incident response and post‑mortems; drive operational improvements
• Mentor peers in Dev Ops best practices and contribute to a Center of Excellence for automation

• 5+ years in Dev Ops, SRE or Cloud Engineering roles
• Deep expertise in Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins or Git Lab CI
• Extensive IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) and Azure services experience
• Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes at scale
• Monitoring frameworks:
  Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus
• Automated testing integration in pipelines, Dev Sec Ops  practices
• Agile/Scrum delivery in multinational environments
• Fluent English;
  French desirable

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Microsoft Certified:
  Dev Ops Engineer Expert
• CKA or CKAD certification
• Scripting:
  Power Shell, Bash, Python
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
