Urgent requirement for Group Head – Systems & Projects – Oracle (OTM+ Finance) is required for our clients in Dubai, UAE.

• Strong experience in Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) is THE Must
• Strong experience in Oracle Expertise Finance (GL, AP, AR) is THE Must
• Logistic/Supply/Transportation domain is THE MUST
• Strong experience Oracle Integrations – Ability to lead end-to-end system integrations is Must
• Strong experience in IT Governance & Cybersecurity – Strong knowledge of IT compliance, data security, and disaster recovery is Must

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept professional to lead our Systems & Projects function across the organization. The role requires a strong combination of expertise in Oracle applications (OTM, Finance), IT governance, cybersecurity, and data recovery, with a focus on driving digital transformation in the logistics and supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations, coupled with the ability to manage cross‑functional IT initiatives and ensure robust IT governance.

Lead and oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle OTM (Transportation Management) to optimize logistics and transportation operations.

Manage Oracle Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Drive Oracle integrations across ERP, TMS, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Act as the principal advisor for system architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices in line with corporate governance standards.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, data privacy, and internal audit requirements.

Establish metrics and monitoring mechanisms to track IT performance, project delivery, and system uptime.

Oversee cybersecurity strategy, including threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Implement and maintain robust data backup and disaster recovery plans to minimize business disruption.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance in all IT operations.

Lead large-scale IT projects from concept through execution, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.

Deep expertise in Oracle OTM and Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, etc.).

Proven experience in Oracle integration projects, preferably using middleware or APIs.

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001).

Hands‑on experience with cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
