Etek Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Test Engineer fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong hands‑on experience in Telecom BSS/OSS. This role ensures high‑quality system performance and service delivery for telecom operations. Your expertise will play a key part in validating mission‑critical platforms and supporting end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives.

As a Bilingual Test Engineer, you will work across Telecom BSS/OSS domains to design, execute, and document comprehensive test scenarios. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, identify defects, and ensure seamless system integration. This role demands strong analytical skills, telecom domain expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with both Arabic and English stakeholders. You will contribute to improving automation, enhancing test processes, and supporting product quality for large‑scale telecom environments in Dubai.

• ✓ Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for BSS/OSS applications.
• ✓ Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• ✓ Validate end‑to‑end workflows across billing, CRM, order management, charging, and provisioning systems.
• ✓ Identify defects, log issues, and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• ✓ Collaborate with business, technical, and QA teams to ensure test coverage and requirement alignment.
• ✓ Conduct regression testing for new releases and system enhancements.
• ✓ Prepare clear testing documentation, reports, and status updates in both Arabic and English.
• ✓ Ensure adherence to telecom‑grade quality standards and best practices.

• ✓ Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• ✓ Minimum 4 years of Telecom BSS/OSS testing experience.
• ✓ Strong understanding of telecom processes such as billing, charging, CRM, and service provisioning.
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking tools.
• ✓ Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• ✓ Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• ✓ Ability to work in fast‑paced customer environments.

• ✓ Experience with automation testing tools.
• ✓ Knowledge of APIs, SQL queries, and system integrations.
• ✓ Background in major telecom platforms (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Amdocs, Netcracker, etc.).
• ✓ Exposure to agile delivery frameworks.
• ✓ Familiarity with Middle East telecom operations.
