Catalog Lead, Amazon Retail India Private Limited (ARIPL)
As a Vendor/Brand Point of Contact (POC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and growth of our vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will include managing key metrics such as selection, in-stock levels, and inventory availability.
You will be pivotal in on-boarding new selection from both new and existing vendors and providing ongoing support for inventory replenishment and daily business operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to inbound logistics, catalog management, and payments. As the primary contact for the brands and vendors under your management, you will ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize key metrics including selection, in-stock levels, and inventory availability.
- Onboard new selections from both new and existing vendors.
- Support vendors with inventory replenishment and day-to-day business operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to inbound logistics, catalog management, and payments.
- Act as the primary contact for managed brands and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1+ years of sales or account management experience
