Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s digitization roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and corporate functions.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, manual workflows, and drive automation and system-based improvements.
- Act as a key partner to senior management on digital strategy, operational excellence, and scalability initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end Odoo ERP ecosystem across the group, including manufacturing, inventory, finance, procurement, sales, HR, and reporting modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Odoo configuration and customization.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and effective user adoption across departments.
- Drive standardization of processes across group companies while allowing for operational flexibility where required.
- Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption tracking.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and documentation aligned with ERP best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, internal IT, and external Odoo partners or system integrators.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and implementation partners, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.
- Support leadership with clear dashboards, KPIs, and insights derived from ERP and digital systems.
- Establish governance frameworks for system usage, enhancements, access controls, and data quality.
- Enable accurate reporting and analytics to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and group policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 7–12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, digital transformation, or process optimization, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, including manufacturing, inventory, finance, and supply chain modules.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional transformation initiatives across multiple business units or entities.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, costing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience working with senior leadership and translating strategy into executable digital initiatives.
