Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL’s cross‑divisional commercial and innovation unit managing about 100 of the largest strategically important customers, providing sector expertise and innovative product solutions.
Responsibilities- Account Governance: monitor customer development plans, maintain the Customer Dashboard, and provide actionable insights.
- Pipeline Management & Quality: ensure pipeline accuracy in Salesforce, identify new opportunities, and track trends and risks.
- Sales & RFQ Support: support Customer Directors, lead RFQ preparation, and facilitate contractual closure.
- Customer Priority Projects: collaborate with BU teams, manage the Satisfaction Survey process, and support customer‑focused initiatives.
- Meeting Management: prepare inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinate follow‑up actions, and support cross‑BU calls.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7–12 years of experience, or Master’s with 5–10 years, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience across two or more DHL Business Units (minimum 5 years) or comparable external industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of DHL operations, products, and service capabilities.
- Proven expertise in commercial principles, business acumen, and key financial principles.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, project management, stakeholder, and virtual team leadership skills.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in virtual environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
