Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to manage and support Multi Bank Group’s on‑premises and cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, strong security, and optimal performance across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra , Intune, networking, storage, and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will handle Tier 2/3 escalations, drive infrastructure improvements, and support critical IT operations across global offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Office 365 including email, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, SharePoint, access controls, and user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Manage and configure Entra including identity policies, configuration policies, MFA, and conditional access.
  • Oversee Intune policies, compliance, device management, and app deployments (UI and scripting).
  • Manage and troubleshoot Azure services including VMs, networking, and cloud security.
  • Create and maintain on‑prem and cloud VMs as required.
  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and configurations across hybrid environments.
  • Manage on‑prem infrastructure including servers, virtualization, and deployments
    .
  • Handle network operations with strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and network security
    .
  • Configure and support VoIP and telephony systems.
  • Manage SaaS applications including account provisioning and access control
    .
  • Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues and work on complex escalations.
  • Administer local and cloud storage solutions including NAS and Share Point .
  • Manage and support patch management tools.
  • Oversee backup and disaster recovery tools and workflows.
  • Monitor systems, networks, and security events to ensure stability, uptime, and compliance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to IT policies and security standards.
  • Participate in IT projects, supporting deployments and technology upgrades.
  • Participate in scheduled on‑call rotations for after‑hours support of critical issues.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
    , Computer Science
    , or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in system administration within a corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in Azure, Office 365, Intune
    , and hybrid infrastructures.
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) and security principles (IAM, hardening, patching).
  • Experience configuring and supporting VoIP systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
  • Experience with scripting and automation.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and SLAs within ITSM environments.
  • Experience using Jira or other ITSM ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g.,
    Zabbix
    ).
  • Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, SSO, automation workflows, and SaaS management.
