Performance Marketing Specialist

The Performance Specialist owns the end-to-end growth loop — from traffic acquisition to conversion, attribution, and ROI — across paid media, AI agents, and CRM. This role ensures every dirham spent produces measurable business return.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
- Build and optimize funnels for local and international markets.
- Control budgets, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement and monitor:
- Meta CAPI
- Google Enhanced Conversions
- CRM-based offline conversions
- Ensure correct attribution between ads → leads → qualified → booked → closed.
- Analyze lead quality, agent performance, AI performance, and conversion leaks.
- Improve landing pages, forms, targeting, creatives, and scripts.
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards on spend, CPL, quality, ROI, and revenue.
- Provide actionable insights, not just reports.
3+ years in performance marketing or growth roles.
Hands‑on experience with- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Analytics, attribution, and tracking
Strong data analysis and funnel optimization mindset.
