Responsibilities
- Support team in network and security operations on daily basis
- Performs upgrades of network and security devices including Firewalls, core switches, PE and CE switches
- Design and implementation support for new projects and integrations with the existing airport networks
- Support of all L3 to L4 issues
- Consulting on new design, implementation and integrations support
- Working with TAC and BU
- Creating various report like vulnerability, syslog, Hardware and software EOL, health check of the network
- Supporting AFM, CSPC and BCS tools
- Supporting, integrating existing SST with ZIA
- Creating best practices config for all the platforms including N7
Ks, Access switches (3800, 9300, 3700), Industrial switches (IE4
Ks, IE5
Ks) - Creating documents like HLD, LLD, network diagrams, traffic flows for internal projects
- Meeting vendors or partners along with Atlas team for any new internal projects
- Presight integration ongoing
- T3 Archiver DC3 implementation and integration ongoing
- USCBP (completed last year)
- Support Atlas team on any network design and implementations for all projects
- Supporting team for BOQs, project plans, design and implementations support
- Supporting, upgrade, implementation and config of below platforms
- Cluster of FTD firewalls
- MPLS with L3 VPNs
- Multicast enabled service provider network with MVPNS
