We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is a strategic hunter, a relationship builder, and a tech-savvy professional to join our team during an era of unprecedented growth.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you won’t just be selling screens; you’ll be selling the future of digital engagement. You will target high-value projects, working with top-tier developers and government entities to deliver Joseph Digital’s world-class solutions.

• Business Development:
  Identify and secure major contracts for Digital Signage (LED/LCD), Audio Visual solutions, and integrated CMS software.
• Strategic Growth:
  Expand our footprint in the UAE and Middle East by pitching to consultants, interior designers, and project managers.
• Consultative Sales:
  Guide clients through the full lifecycle—from conceptualization and software integration to final deployment.
• Market Leadership:
  Represent Joseph Digital Solutions at industry events and maintain our reputation as the region's top-tier provider.

• Experience:
  
  4–8 years of proven success in Digital Signage, AV Solutions, and Software sales within the UAE/Middle East market.
• The "Technical Edge":
  While this is a sales-heavy role, a strong technical know-how of LED components, AV signals, and software workflows is a major advantage.
• Network: A strong existing database of clients in the hospitality, retail, or government sectors.
• Communication:
  Mastery of English is essential;
  Arabic is a significant plus.
• Professionalism:
  The ability to represent a "leading name" brand with high integrity and executive presence.
