As Business Development & Marketing Associate, you will support pipeline generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement for Microsoft Modern Work, Azure and Copilot solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales, marketing and operations skills, eager to learn and grow in the UAE technology sector.
This position requires a proactive and results-driven professional with strong sales and customer management skills and the ability to align industry‑specific customer needs with Microsoft’s advanced technology solutions. Collaboration with technical, marketing and business development teams will be essential to ensure client satisfaction and to provide actionable insights on market trends and competitive opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify, qualify, and engage prospects in the UAE market for Microsoft Modern Work, Azure, and Copilot solutions. - Identify, qualify, and acquire new accounts within Microsoft‑defined industry verticals:
Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Government. - Sell and promote Microsoft solutions aligned with FY26 focus areas and other products as per our company’s defined partnerships with different vendors.
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Copilot, Teams PBX, Teams Telephony.
- Cloud Computing:
Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform. - Business Applications:
Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP. - Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing digital and physical marketing campaigns, including events, webinars and email outreach. - Content Creation:
Support the creation of marketing assets (social posts, emailers, presentations) tailored to UAE business audiences. - CRM & Data Hygiene:
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities and campaign outcomes in CRM (Hub Spot/Zoho). - Event Coordination:
Help organise and follow up on customer events, workshops and awards sessions in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to align messaging and ensure campaign success. - Reporting:
Track and report on key metrics (SALs, campaign responses, event attendance) as per the FY26 Revenue Engine.
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); marketing, business or technology preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in business development, marketing or operations (internships included).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
French/Arabic a plus. - Proficiency in digital tools:
Canva, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Hub Spot/Zoho CRM, Excel. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Shadow 2 AE/SA meetings per week and participate in at least 1 workshop per month.
