Summary:

Value Labs is hiring a UX Copywriter who can craft clear, concise, and human-centered copy that guides users through our digital products. Youll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and researchers to ensure every word improves usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

• Write and optimize UX copy for interfaces: buttons, labels, forms, error messages, onboarding flows, and notifications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align copy with user flows and design intent.
• Partner with product managers and researchers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Maintain and contribute to voice and tone guidelines.
• Support content testing, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Ensure copy is inclusive, accessible, and consistent across platforms.
• Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and research insights.

• 4+ years of experience as a UX Copywriter, Content Designer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable microcopy.
• Experience with design tools (
  Figma, Sketch, or similar
  ).
• Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
