UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to work on a web-based SaaS platform currently in active development. This is a contract role suited to a designer who is comfortable working on complex, tool-driven interfaces and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

The project involves designing scalable, production-ready experiences with a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and visual quality.

• Design user journeys, task flows, wireframes, and interaction models
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout delivery
  
  Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving requirements
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across the product

• 3+ years experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished UI
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing web-based SaaS or complex digital products
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles
• Clear communicator, comfortable working in a product-led team

• Experience with complex or professional tools (B2B, creative, technical software)
• Design system ownership or contribution experience
• Motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience working with distributed or fast-moving teams

• Contract role (initial term to be defined, with potential extension)
• Competitive day or monthly rate, depending on experience
• Dubai-based, hybrid working preferred
