Searchability MENA is partnered with a fast‑growing scale‑up seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to turn complex operations into streamlined, high‑quality product designs for Green Tech and IoT products from the ground up.
You'll own and lead the development and upkeep of a unified design system, ensuring all components, patterns, and typography are consistent and scalable. Creating and testing prototypes with internal teams and end users to deliver intuitive, usable, and business‑aligned UX solutions.
This unique opportunity allows you to apply your skills in systems design and data‑heavy interfaces to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences.
👀 Here’s what they’re looking for: 👀
- 5+ years with UI/UX design for complex B2B products.
- Experience in designing intuitive interfaces and workflows for data‑intensive applications, translating complex information into user‑friendly experiences.
- Expert in collaboration with product owners, internal teams, customers, and front‑end teams.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar).
- Skilled at owning projects independently, balancing rapid delivery with exceptional UX/UI quality.
Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in IoT, mobility, energy, or industrial software.
