Head of Digital Technology
Overview
Head of Technology will lead the end-to-end architecture, engineering, and technical operations for a multi-brand, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC),
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Composable Storefront (Headless), SAP
ERP, OMS
, and several third-party systems. This role is responsible for driving technology strategy, ensuring platform scalability, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and partnering with Product & Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with deep experience in SFCC (SFRA + Headless/SCAPI/SLAS),
Customer Identity and Access Management
, Composable Architecture, API-first integrations,
cloud-native architectures
, and enterprise systems like SAP S/4
HANA, OMS (Order Fulfilment), PIM,
Payment Gateways, CDN/WAF, Analytics Platforms
, and more.
