About the RoleWe are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive CRM Executive to join our team. This role is focused on building, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns and workflows in Hub Spot
, ensuring seamless automation across email, Whats App, push notifications, and client lifecycle journeys. The ideal candidate is analytical, process‑driven, and passionate about using CRM systems to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise Hub Spot CRM, including contacts, deals, tasks and company records, to ensure data accuracy and segmentation.
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, reminders, client reactivation, and renewals.
- Execute multi‑channel campaigns (Email, Whats App, Push Notifications, App) to improve client engagement.
- Create, maintain, and present CRM reports & dashboards in Hub Spot to track KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, recovery rates, and campaign performance.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and data teams to align CRM journeys with business KPIs.
- Perform data hygiene tasks such as phone number formatting, deduplication, and imports/exports.
- Conduct A/B testing on workflows and campaign content to improve effectiveness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow logic, ensuring reminders, notifications, and contract renewals fire correctly.
- Provide regular stakeholder updates and reporting insights, supporting cross‑functional teams with CRM‑related requests.
- Support the integration of Hub Spot with other third‑party tools (e.g., Botspace, Mixpanel, Zapier).
- Experience in CRM execution, marketing automation, or operations (Hub Spot experience required).
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lists, triggers, property management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with multi‑channel communication (Email, Whats App, Push Notifications).
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure, report, and optimise campaign performance.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional operations teams.
