Business Analyst – Product & Delivery (Prop Tech)

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid / Remote within UAE)

Salary: AED 12,500 + performance based bonuses

About OWNRSCLB: OWNRSCLB is a Prop Tech platform designed to simplify property ownership, investment, and value optimization. The platform combines technology, data, and services to support property owners across the full lifecycle of ownership. As the business scales, we are seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst to help translate strategic vision into high-impact product features and structured delivery.

Role Overview: The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping, defining, and monitoring the delivery of product features across the OWNRSCLB app. Acting as a conduit between the Founder, commercial stakeholders, and the Software Development team, this individual will ensure that strategic ideas are translated into clear, measurable requirements, prioritized backlogs, and well-defined sprints.

This role requires someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, with strong product thinking, commercial awareness, and an ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Feature Definition
  • Work closely with the Founder to translate vision, ideas, and business objectives into clearly articulated product features.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure features are aligned with customer needs, revenue opportunities, and long-term platform strategy.
• Sprint & Delivery Management
  • Collaborate with the Software Development team to convert requirements into sprint-ready work items.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritisation.
  • Track progress against delivery timelines, flag risks, and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Help define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of delivered features.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate requirements, changes, and priorities to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial goals and technical delivery.
• Platform & Domain Expertise
  • Develop deep familiarity with the OWNRSCLB app, its users, workflows, and underlying logic.
  • Build and maintain documentation covering processes, features, and system behaviour.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within a software or digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate abstract ideas into structured requirements and actionable delivery plans.
• High level of commercial awareness, with the ability to evaluate features through a business and customer lens.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience in Prop Tech, real estate, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
• Exposure to startup or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar product and delivery tools.
