The Senior Specialist Data Governance will lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise data governance practices across group entities. The role will focus on governance frameworks, metadata management, governance tools, and data quality to support trusted and AI driven insights.

• Develop and operationalize data governance policies and playbooks
• Drive data classification, critical data element identification, and compliance controls
• Lead implementation and management of data governance tools such as Informatica, Alation, or Oval Edge
• Maintain metadata, lineage, stewardship, and ownership models
• Define data quality rules and maintain a centralized KPI glossary
• Partner with Data Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and BI teams to ensure adoption

• 10+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management
• Hands on experience with data governance or metadata management tools
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations such as GDPR, PDPL, and HIPAA
• Experience working in large, complex organizations

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

• Enterprise scale data governance and AI initiatives
• High impact healthcare environment
• Strong exposure to senior stakeholders
