Word Press Developer (Part-time)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday following EST/EDT
Pay Range:
Up to USD 2,000/month (final offer at client discretion)

- Development and Implementation
- Custom Theme/Plugin Development:
Build and maintain custom Word Press themes and plugins using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. - Front‑End Implementation:
Implement responsive, accessible interfaces adhering to mockups. - Conversion Optimization:
Add tracking codes, landing pages, and run A/B tests. - E‑commerce Solutions:
Customize Woo Commerce functionality as required.
- Custom Theme/Plugin Development:
- Site Maintenance and Performance
- Optimization:
Achieve high scores on Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals. - Security and Backup:
Keep sites secure, up‑to‑date, and backed up; manage core updates. - Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve bugs across client sites. - SEO Best Practices:
Implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and proper heading structure.
- Optimization:
- Collaboration and Quality Assurance
- Technical Consultation:
Provide estimates and recommendations to PMs and Sales. - Integration:
Connect APIs and marketing tools (CRMs, email platforms) with Word Press. - QA Testing:
Test across browsers/devices for compatibility.
- Technical Consultation:
- 3+ years of professional Word Press development and maintenance in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of Word Press architecture, security, and best practices.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/LESS), JavaScript (jQuery/Vanilla).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi) and knowing when to use them.
- Familiarity with server management, caching, and hosting (WP Engine, Site Ground).
- Knowledge of React or Vue.js is a plus.
