The Role:
As a highly skilled and experienced SAP Payroll Solution Expert, you will own the payroll solution end-to-end across multiple geographies, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations while driving system optimization and digital enablement. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders, ensuring system integrity, statutory compliance, seamless integrations, and continuous process improvement. Your expertise in SAP Payroll, Time Management, statutory/legal requirements, and SAP Success Factors EC integration to S/4
HANA positions you to lead activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, regression testing, and supporting payroll cycle operations.
- Own the end-to-end SAP Payroll solution, ensuring accuracy and compliance across assigned countries/regions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time evaluation rules, addressing complex business scenarios and statutory needs.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Payroll, Employee Central, Time Management, Finance, and other HR modules by managing and optimizing the BIB framework, including interface monitoring, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Engage with HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to understand business needs, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality, scalable payroll solutions.
- Lead system enhancements, compliance updates, and regulatory changes, collaborating with internal teams and vendors for timely implementation.
- Troubleshoot payroll and time-related issues, performing root-cause analysis and providing corrective actions.
- Champion HR Digital Transformation by identifying automation opportunities to streamline payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, regression cycles, and go-live readiness activities for all payroll-related changes and projects.
- Proficiency in Agile and SAP Activate implementation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of statutory, legal, and compliance requirements related to payroll and time management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
The Role:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Payroll and Positive Time Management across complex business environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certification in SAP HCM or SF ECP, or related modules is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules, including experience with multi-country statutory requirements.
