Position: ERP Support Supervisor(Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance)

Hands on Experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Participate and provide support during ERP support.
  • Document user requirements and produce a functional design document.
  • Create and maintain business and system process documentations.
  • Create and update training manuals for users.
  • Schedule meetings with project team members.
  • Follow up on project tasks assigned to project team members.
  • Assist finance and supply chain users with tasks assigned to them during project implementation.
  • Provide support and guidance to finance, supply chain and end-users to fix and resolve operational issues during their daily work on ERP system.
  • Train new joiners and refresh training for existing system users.
  • Assist setup and configuration of new requirements raised by system users.
  • Report to manager on task status, issues raised, and solutions/actions taken on each task.
  • Communicate with external service providers when necessary.
  • Perform any other job-related duties and instructions as requested by the ERP Systems Analyst.
Required Skills
  • Degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, or similar.
  • Working experience in accounting or accounting systems support.
  • Understanding of project life cycle.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting fundamentals, including posting rules & report rollups.
  • Good understanding of basic information technology concepts.
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft office tools:
    Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and especially using Microsoft Excel effectively.
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn new computer software and systems.
  • Good understanding of main business processes and concepts.
  • Ability to write documentation of different business and system processes.
  • Research skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English language spoken and written.
  • Effective communication with co-workers across departments.
