You will gain broad exposure across our operations; including licensing services, compliance support, corporate administration, project delivery, and operational processes, with a strong focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Business Growth. Through this experience, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how we support global digital companies and how to position our services within a competitive international landscape.

• Conduct research on global market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Identify new growth opportunities and emerging industry patterns
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy development
• Support planning initiatives for new market entries and service expansions
• Assist in building business cases and strategic proposals

• Analyze marketing, campaign, and sales performance data
• Provide insights that help optimize communication, product adoption, and revenue results
• Prepare reports that support data-driven decision making across the company

• Work closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Support Project Delivery and improvements by communicating customer needs to internal team
• Support documentation and communication related to regulatory guidelines

This Graduate Program is available for applicants who have graduated from a University in UAE/EU/UK/US within the last calendar year.
