The Digital Marketing Specialist/PPC Expert will plan, execute, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving quality leads through strategic paid media management while maximising ROI.
Key Responsibilities Paid Campaign Management- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube)
- Execute paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create campaign calendars and budget allocation plans
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real‑time optimisations
- Analyse metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS
- Collaborate on landing page design and optimisation
- Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices
- Track and analyse campaign performance across all platforms
- Create comprehensive performance reports with insights
- Implement on‑page and technical SEO best practices
- Monitor organic search rankings and traffic
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Work with creative team for ad creative development
- Coordinate with sales team on lead quality and follow‑up
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and PPC
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications required
- Real estate or lead generation experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets
- Expert‑level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube)
- Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for data analysis
- Deep understanding of PPC strategy and best practices
- Expertise in keyword research and audience targeting
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- A/B testing and experimentation mindset
- Cost per lead (CPL) targets
- Lead volume and quality
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Click‑through rates (CTR) and conversion rates
- Campaign ROI and profitability
- Quality score and ad relevance metrics
- Organic traffic and keyword rankings (SEO)
