SAP S​/hana Project Manager-Digital Transformation Department

Job Summary :

Coordinating project activities and facilitating Agile practices across multiple work streams. This role partners closely with the functional and technical leads to maintain delivery cadence, remove blockers, ensure Cloud ALM discipline, and support fit-to-standard execution in line with SAP Activate methodology.

• Plan andfacilitatedaily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesfor functional and technical teams.
• Coach teams on backlog hygiene, definition of done/ready, and time‑boxed delivery perSAP Activate.

• Maintain the integratedsprint calendar, dependencies, and cross‑stream action logs; publish concise weekly status and decisions.
• Support Scrum of Scrumsand integration checkpoints with architecture, Basis, ABAP, reporting, data migration, and OCM streams.

• Drive Cloud ALMdiscipline: requirements, user stories, test cases, traceability, and defect triage; ensure parity between Excel trackers and ALM.

• Coordinate
  
  E2E testing cycles(unit, integration/string, UAT), defect triage sessions, and cutover readiness checklists with workstream leads.

• Orchestrate calendar, access, and deliverables with System Integrator teams; align agendas and materials for workshops and status reviews

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience supporting at least one to two full ERP implementation cycles, preferably SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud ALM for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Proficiency in maintaining RAID logs, RACI matrices, action trackers, and sprint calendars.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
