Senior Data Management Engineer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Data Management Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

We are looking for a Senior Data Management Engineer / Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in data architecture, integration, and transformation, particularly with Informatica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that enable data accessibility, quality, and governance across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure data systems.

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica.
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to align data solutions with business needs.
• Maintain documentation of data flows, processes, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in data modeling and architecture discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in data engineering or data management roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica (Power Center, IDQ, or Cloud Data Integration).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Experience with data governance and metadata management.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Very Good Level).
