• Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure (
AWS/Azure/GCP/On Prem
).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid release cycles.
• Prepare Bills of Materials / Cost Estimations to support customer decision and planning for Self Hosted Hosting models
• Set up and maintain monitoring & alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Drive cloud security automation (IAM, SSL, secrets management).
• Partner with engineering teams to embed Dev Ops into SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive incident response.
• Support and manage cloud environments
• Prepare network architecture diagrams and low level designs for clients based on deployment strategies
• Prepare DC to DC designs for clients based for various cloud service provides and on-prem set ups
Required Qualifications• 3–6 years experience as Dev Ops/Cloud Engineer in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab, Jenkins).
• Proficient in Terraform/Ansible/Cloud Formation.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Watch).
• Strong grasp of cloud security best practices.
Good to Have• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Knowledge of iPaaS / reverse ETL connectors.
• Prior startup or product-led company experience.
