We are looking for a Senior Process Expert with a passion for people, process and technology to lead initiatives that will improve selling partner experience and operation efficiency.
Key Job Responsibilities- Manage Thai product compliance operation teams and processes to ensure effective workflow.
- Implement best‑in‑class processes and practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity, quality, and service level agreements.
- Actively and continuously improve workflow and resource management to ensure effective use of resources and adherence to service level agreements.
- Develop resource and hiring plans to ensure we acquire the right number of qualified personnel who can onboard in a timely manner.
- Provide focused feedback loops for teams based on performance and quality data. Develop and reward strong performers.
- Analyze key business levers to identify trends and proactively take action to improve efficiency and quality.
- Work with tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for systems and tools.
- Recruit top‑quality employees. Develop employees and their skill sets to expand team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future Amazon leaders.
- Lead or participate in local and global projects.
- 3 years+ experience in technical support/operations/project management, ability to thrive within a fast‑paced metrics driven environment
- Minimum 1 years' experience in people management and complex metrics management
- Strong tactical level operator; comfortable with data analysis and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload
- Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills
- English & Thai written and reading communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Six Sigma/Kaizen certificate
