Maintenance Technician

About the Role

BALDAN Dubai is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our growing operations in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with aesthetic and laser beauty devices, strong technical competencies, and the ability to deliver proactive, customer‑focused service.

This position requires frequent travel within the region and availability for on‑call support to address urgent technical issues.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aesthetic and medical laser devices.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities (clinics, med‑spas, wellness centers).
• Deliver professional, solution‑oriented technical support to clients both on‑site and remotely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, proactively identifying potential issues.
• Provide on‑call support as required, ensuring timely assistance for urgent service needs.

• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical laser devices.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai; a valid driver’s licence is required.
• Ability to work independently, solve technical problems on‑site, and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills.
