Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain an innovative and competitive product strategy and roadmap for AI and data initiatives.
• Own product success. Define model and product metrics, experimentation strategy, and SLA/quality targets. Partner with engineers and research to evaluate architectures (LLMs, RAG, retrieval, embeddings) and operationalize model monitoring and feedback loops.
• Own AI workflows, reliability, and user-facing intelligence experiences; responsible for day-to-day AI product execution.
• Turn high-level user problems into structured workflows, data requirements, and success criteria; drive clarity on what product should do, why it matters, and how correctness is measured.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable improvements in user efficiency and product adoption.
• Lead stakeholder communication and alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Drive agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization for technical teams.

Requirements:

• AI Technical Expertise:
  Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics platforms. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. You don’t have to be an ML engineer, but you must confidently discuss architectures, tradeoffs, and productization.
• Reporting & Analytics Expertise:
  Solid understanding of analytic and reporting development, tools, and lifecycle.
• Integration Expertise:
  Solid understanding of ETL tools and techniques.
• Communication:
  Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, LLMs, RAG systems, or text-to-SQL workflows.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, or reliability guardrails for AI systems.
