Key job responsibilities- Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Europe, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with Amazon's global strategy.
- Explore and implement AI‑driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions that balance employee needs and business objectives.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of benefits performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate and champion benefits programs effectively.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, technological exploration, and collaborative problem‑solving. You'll dive into designing comprehensive benefits programs, experiment with AI‑driven solutions, and engage with cross‑functional teams to create meaningful impact.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Europe.
- Proficiency in English (C1).
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation.
- Experience with large‑scale HR benefits programs.
- Expertise in developing scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of benefits‑related data analysis.
- Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments.
