• Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Europe, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with Amazon's global strategy.
• Explore and implement AI‑driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop innovative solutions that balance employee needs and business objectives.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of benefits performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate and champion benefits programs effectively.

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, technological exploration, and collaborative problem‑solving. You'll dive into designing comprehensive benefits programs, experiment with AI‑driven solutions, and engage with cross‑functional teams to create meaningful impact.

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Europe.
• Proficiency in English (C1).
• Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation.

• Experience with large‑scale HR benefits programs.
• Expertise in developing scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of benefits‑related data analysis.
• Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments.
