The TPM will be responsible for providing in person service and support to all FAAS entities in liaison with seller technology teams and third‑party technology teams. They will work with seller IT technicians, contractors, and integrators to troubleshoot issues with these systems. They will have an understanding of the broad variety of system standards deployed at Amazon and be capable of resolving complex issues.
They will have the communication skills to guide both peers and non‑technical Amazonians in rapidly implementing workarounds to unblock technology.
The successful candidate shall render in‑person support to FAAS entities and carry out infrastructure‑related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
