About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the Middle East market for our IoT, AI, Blockchain, and SaaS portfolio. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with 3–5 years of enterprise sales experience who want to accelerate their career in a high-growth technology company.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients across the Middle East.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including pipeline tracking.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with IT leaders, procurement teams, and business executives.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Position Bonbloc’s differentiated value in AI-native SaaS, IoT edge solutions, and Blockchain-enabled compliance.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market execution.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
- Provide customer and market insights to influence product strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales dashboards.
- 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, IoT, Blockchain, or enterprise software.
- Proven success in consultative selling and closing deals in the Middle East market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with IT, procurement, and functional leaders.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, ERP (Oracle/Net Suite), data analytics, or cybersecurity.
- Existing relationships with Middle East enterprise customers, partners, or system integrators.
