This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.
Key Job Responsibilities- Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities. This will mean you will be monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day. You will be expected to deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a high bar on attention to detail, ensuring that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed.
- Work flexible shift structures, including Nights and Weekends.
- Collect and analyze data
- Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
- Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.
- Rollout best practices from other geographies/companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses.
- Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences.
- Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Candidate must have basic Supply Chain/Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework.
- High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
