Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of Algebra AI, a new regional holding company. Algebra AI is a joint venture between Infinity Constellation in NYC and Tier 1 regional MENA investors.

Infinity builds and scales AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors
, creating long-term compounding value. Algebra AI will launch new ventures that respond to regional opportunities and localize Infinity’s proven business models.

We are seeking a Head of Technology to drive the localization, technical launch, and scaling of multiple business units within ALgebra AI. This role is hands-on from day one
: you’ll be coding in our stack (Python + Type Script), leading a small team, and deploying AI automation systems. Over time, this position evolves into a portfolio-level technology leadership role overseeing technical direction across multiple Algebra AI businesses. This role is based in Dubai.

• Hands-On Development & Launch

  • Write production-grade code in Python and Type Script building on Infinity’s core stack.

  • Rapidly prototype, evaluate and launch new ideas that turn into successful AI services businesses.

  • Build and integrate AI agents, automation pipelines, and AI-first workflows into Algebra AI business units.

  • Stand up infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-enabled product features for MVP launches.

  • Lead and mentor a small founding engineering team (1–5 engineers) while setting coding and delivery standards.

• Scaling & Leadership

  • Transition from player-coach to portfolio-level leader as Algebra AI companies scale.

  • Partner with BU CEOs and founders to architect scalable AI-first systems and hire/mentor regional engineering leaders.

  • Build shared technical services (Dev Ops, AI/ML infrastructure, analytics, IT, security) to accelerate scale across companies.

• AI Strategy & Governance

  • Be the senior-most AI/automation expert in MENA
    , advising Infinity leaders on where to deploy AI agents and automation for maximum leverage.

  • Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI frameworks (ex. Lang Chain, n8n, RAG systems, multi-agent coordination, etc.) across businesses.

  • Ensure AI systems meet data security, safety, and reliability standards, especially in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, logistics).

• Advisory & Portfolio Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Algebra AI CEO and board on technical risks, AI adoption, and portfolio-wide opportunities.

  • Represent technology in board meetings, portfolio reviews, and investor discussions

• Localization & Regionalization

  • Customize Infinity’s platforms for the MENA market (Arabic/English systems, payments, compliance, hosting, and data residency).

  • Ensure AI-enabled processes are culturally and legally aligned with regional requirements.

  • Translate Infinity’s global playbooks into MENA-specific systems while ensuring interoperability with the global platform.

• Experience

  • 8–12+ years in software engineering and technical leadership, with a hands-on coding background
    .

  • Strong experience in Python and Type Script (Infinity’s core stack).

  • Demonstrated expertise in AI automation, AI agents, and applied ML/LLM systems
    .

  • Track record of launching or localizing products in multiple geographies (MENA experience preferred but not required).

  • Prior experience in a portfolio/holding company, startup studio, or VC/PE-backed scaling environment is a plus
    .

• Skills & Capabilities

  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops, and scalable architecture
    .

  • Practical knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, CrewAI, Auto Gen, fine-tuning pipelines).

  • Strong knowledge of MENA-specific technical considerations (localization, payments, regulatory environments).

  • Ability to ship code today and build/scale teams tomorrow
