JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, ensuring the quality of software deliverables, and leading QA efforts across multiple projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, mentoring QA engineers, and continuously improving testing processes through best practices and automation.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans
, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define testing scope
, objectives, and deliverables.
Participate in technical and functional discussions to understand design, highlight performance concerns, and ensure clarity in requirements.
Lead the creation and execution of automated test scripts
, ensuring consistency with industry standards and project goals.
Identify and implement process improvements in testing methodologies and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee and maintain test environments and infrastructure to support ongoing QA activities.
Provide ance and mentorship to QA engineers, enhancing team capabilities and productivity.
- Report defects and test progress clearly and promptly, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
, both manual and automated.
Hands‑on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in performance or security testing is a plus.
ISTQB or similar testing certification.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure Dev Ops.
