Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Learning Management Consultant with a strong background in KSA Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS), with specific expertise in the KSA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) with a focus on KSA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and industry standards related to learning and development.
• Collaborate with HR, training, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop effective LMS solutions.
• Provide expertise in LMS management, including content delivery, user management, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the LMS, including system integration and data accuracy.
• Conduct user training sessions and offer ongoing support to ensure the successful use of the LMS.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SAP Success Factors Learning and KSA-specific learning and development practices.
• Manage and support SAP Success Factors LMS projects, including upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors Learning Management System implementation and support.
• Mandatory experience in KSA with a deep understanding of local learning and development requirements.
• Proven track record in configuring, integrating, and managing SAP Success Factors LMS.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulations and compliance requirements related to learning and development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• SAP Success Factors certification is preferred.
