As a Ticket Support Specialist, you will manage incoming support tickets, resolve technical issues within Zoho CRM, and maintain high-quality service standards. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system monitoring, and regular communication with end-users, offering a gateway to a long-term career in Gulf technology support.
