The EA digital tool consultant plays a vital role in supporting enterprise architecture and process management initiatives within the GTDP division of the Al-Futtaim Group. The consultant will lead the solution architecture team in advancing the SAP architecture strategy and optimizing tools like LeanIX and Signavio for process optimization. A key emphasis is placed on effective governance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The consultant also oversees architecture documentation and governance processes, ensuring that designs comply with principles and policies, and manages architecture-related risks for seamless operations.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the solution architecture team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.

• Own and advance the SAP architecture strategy, ensuring effective governance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.
• Perform end-to-end solution architecture, from requirements gathering and design through to implementation and oversight.
• Drive the evolution and optimization of the enterprise architecture toolset, with a primary focus on LeanIX, to support organizational goals and ensure integration with SAP methodologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and project teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.

• Support architecture governance processes, including the development and enforcement of standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Oversee the documentation of solution architectures, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant teams, as well as approval from the governance process.

• Identify architecture related risks, putting the correct mitigation plan in place and managing until resolution, whilst reducing customisation by implementing standard SAP features.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance the enterprise architecture landscape.

• Expertise in LeanIX and Signavio for process optimization and business architecture management.
• Ability to manage and foster a high-performance solution architecture team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in API-based integrations, Graph
  
  QL, and workflow automation tools.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process management, or related consulting roles.
• Proven hands-on expertise in LeanIX configuration and integrations.
• Experience with Signavio Process Manager, including modeling, analysis, and governance.
