Our Software Engineering team designs, builds, and supports both tailored geospatial solutions and our Trace Mark Software as a Service products. Trace Mark delivers a seamless, map‑centric flow of insights transforming complex spatial information into intuitive, actionable intelligence.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geospatial Consultant to join our team and drive the development and implementation of cutting‑edge geospatial solutions in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Earth Observation (EO), Esri, and Google technologies, traffic management systems, environmental systems, and Google’s suite of geospatial products.

This role will focus on delivering innovative solutions to clients across various sectors, including government, transportation, urban planning (land administration), and environmental management, working closely with NGIS International sales and NGIS technology capability leads.

• Solution Development & Implementation:
  • Design and implement end‑to‑end geospatial solutions leveraging Earth Observation data, traffic management systems, and Google Geospatial Technology (e.g., Google Maps Platform, Earth Engine, Google Cloud).
  • Develop and customize geospatial applications, dashboards, and reports to meet client‑specific needs.
  • Integrate geospatial data with other relevant datasets and incumbent technologies (e.g., Esri) to provide comprehensive insights and support informed decision‑making.
• Earth Observation Expertise:
  • Utilise EO data from various sources (e.g., satellite imagery, aerial photography, Lidar) to extract valuable information for applications such as land use/land cover analysis, environmental monitoring, sustainability impact, and infrastructure management.
  • Apply advanced image processing and analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights from EO data.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in EO technology and identify opportunities for incorporating new techniques into client solutions.
• Traffic Solutions:
  • Design and implement intelligent transportation systems (ITS) using geospatial location‑based services (LBS) data and complementary data to enable next‑generation traffic management solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions for traffic flow optimization, congestion management, and transportation planning.
  • Utilise real‑time traffic data and predictive analytics to improve transportation efficiency and safety.
• Geospatial Technology:
  • Leverage Esri and other GIS technologies to carry out design, solution architecture and implementation of applications.
  • Leverage Google Maps Platform APIs and SDKs to develop custom mapping applications and location‑based services.
  • Utilise Google Earth Engine for large‑scale geospatial analysis and visualization.
  • Utilise Google Cloud Vertex AI machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities, including Big Query data warehousing and analytics.
  • Stay abreast of the latest features and updates in Google’s geospatial product suite.
• Client & Partner Management:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate geospatial solutions.
  • Deliver pre‑sales presentations and demonstrations of geospatial solutions.
  • Manage relationships with local partners in the Middle East, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and partners.
• Project Management & Technical Delivery Lead:
  • Lead and manage geospatial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop project proposals, work plans, and reports.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
