Weare seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Oracle Fusion ERPImplementation Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 8 years of experience in project management, specifically in implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across diverse industries. Thisrole requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in leading large-scale ERP implementation projects from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful ERP implementation project.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
