Ae is hiring a Senior IT Engineer to lead implementation, deployment, and maintenance of global IT solutions. This remote‑first role involves advanced expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 E5 environments, cybersecurity, telephony, and infrastructure solutions. The candidate will collaborate across teams and with clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with compliance and privacy standards.

• Microsoft Ecosystem:
  • Implement Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring a minimum monthly consumption of $1,000.
  • Deploy Azure VMs, AD, Dev Ops pipelines, and other cloud infrastructure services.
  • Set up and configure Microsoft 365 E5 and Business Premium tenants.
  • Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot and advanced security features including Microsoft Defender, Entra  P2, Defender for Endpoint/Office 365, and Cloud Apps.
  • Support and customize Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Implement and enforce data protection, compliance, and security policies within Microsoft 365 E5 environments.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Utilize Compliance Manager and Information Protection to support governance policies.
• Telephony & Conferencing:
  • Configure Microsoft Teams PBX and Teams Telephony solutions.
  • Install video conferencing systems and manage PBX platforms such as 3CX and Audio Codes.
• Custom Apps & Web:
  • Support development of Microsoft Power Apps using the Power Platform.
  • Assist with domain setup, web hosting, and website configurations.
• Hardware & Network Implementation:
  • Oversee L1 engineers in deploying and configuring hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, switches).
  • Implement data centre solutions including Dell servers, backup platforms, and network infrastructure.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and Uni Fi/Aruba WiFi networks.
• Security Solutions:
  • Install and manage Sophos/Fortinet firewalls, Defender antivirus, Acronis/Veeam backups.
  • Support CCTV systems and additional physical security equipment.
• Management & Strategy:
  • Lead a small team of engineers, providing mentorship and direction.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive Microsoft 365 adoption with user training and change‑management strategies.
  • Support business development initiatives and align technical projects with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and support market expansion.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Document configurations, installations, and maintenance processes.
  • Report on project status, team performance, and business activities to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT implementation, support, or administration.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Adobe, Dell, HP hardware.
• At least 5 advanced and 5 fundamental industry certifications.
• Key certifications include MS 102, AZ 100, MS-700/721, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305, AZ-801, AZ-900, MD-102, SC-900, SC-100, AZ-500, AI-900.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong business‑development acumen and client‑engagement capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure tools, and CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
