- Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets
. - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance
. - Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects
. - Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
