About the job DATA ENGINEER
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in ERP data migration and integration, preferably within Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics environments. The ideal candidate will design and build robust data pipelines, automate migration processes, and ensure data integrity across systems as part of the ERP transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data migration scripts and pipelines.
- Work on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to new ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with the BI Product Owner and ERP Product Owner to align data migration strategy with business needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of migration and data processing scripts.
- Support testing and validation phases of the ERP rollout.
- Document processes, workflows, and data mappings.
- 5-8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong experience with data migration, data transformation, and data pipelines.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft Dynamics (or other ERP systems).
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and database management concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams on large‑scale ERP projects is a plus.
