Software Quality Analyst

Rapid Data is looking for a highly skilled Software Quality Analyst to join our onsite team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and must be proficient in Arabic for speaking, reading, and writing
, including the ability to create test cases, test scripts, and perform application testing in Arabic for regional and client‑facing systems.

• Analyze business and technical requirements in both English and Arabic
• Design, write, and execute test cases and test scripts in Arabic and English
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing on Arabic‑enabled applications
• Validate Arabic UI content
  , right‑to‑left (RTL) layouts, translations, and localization accuracy
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps in Arabic and English
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, including Arabic‑speaking users
• Test data accuracy, reports, and backend processes supporting Arabic content
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, usability, performance, and security requirements
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint‑level quality planning
• Support production releases and post‑release validation

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Quality Analyst / QA Engineer
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA best practices
• Hands‑on experience in manual testing; automation experience is an advantage
• Proven experience writing test cases and test scripts in Arabic
• Strong experience testing Arabic applications
  , including RTL layouts and localization
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Test Rail, ALM, etc.)
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL for validation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai

• Experience working on Middle East or government‑sector projects
• Knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
• Experience with data, analytics, or enterprise platforms
