Apsara Stack provides private cloud products and services for enterprise customers from a variety of industries. This role leads the design of Apsara Stack product solutions and provides project support.

Core Responsibilities

Opportunity Assessment and Technical Engagement
- As a product line representative, participate in opportunity assessment and selection.
- Identify market and industry‑specific scenarios to lead the design and promotion of private cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team on complex project requirements, engage in deep technical discussions with clients, and positively influence key decision‑makers to drive opportunity conversion.
Product Solution Design and Technical Support
- Understand customer business and functional/non‑functional requirements, and provide technically competitive and cost‑effective product solutions based on customer scenarios. Offer technical support during product selection, configuration, pricing, and bidding processes.
- Monitor the implementation of product solutions and continuously optimise them.
- Document best practices for specific scenarios and summarize benchmark cases from project experiences to accelerate the replication of product solutions.
- Explore innovative product solutions and scenarios to drive rapid market coverage of new products.
Product Improvement
- Conduct in‑depth research on customer needs and accurately feedback reasonable requirements to the product development team. Ensure the effective implementation of improvement requests and contribute to the continuous development of Apsara Stack.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in computer or related field.

Expertise in one or more technical areas: cloud computing, cloud security, operating systems, networking, virtualization, databases, big data, application architecture, microservices, containers, and middleware.

Familiarity with one to two industries (e.g., telecommunications, government, finance) and experience in expanding B2B solutions in these sectors. Experience with large‑scale cloud projects is preferred.

Strong team communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive the successful execution and delivery of large, multi‑stakeholder projects.

Experience in product design is preferred.

Alibaba Cloud technical certification of ACP (Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional) and/or ACA (Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate) is preferred.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
