Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior
Data Analyst to collaborate with finance leadership and transform complex financial data into strategic insights. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics, SQL, Python, Power BI, and financial processes to optimize reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.

Financial Data & Reporting

• Work closely with finance and accounting leadership to understand and translate reporting needs into actionable insights.
• Design and develop financial data models and ensure seamless data integration from ERP, SKOS, and operational systems
  .
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time visibility into key financial metrics.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS or GAAP standards for accuracy and compliance.

Advanced Analytics & Data Integration

• Develop and manage financial data marts and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and DBT
  .
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance through deep-dive analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and PnL analysis with data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with teams across finance, digital transformation, product, and operations to enhance financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to finance teams to promote adoption of data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize ERP system data (Microsoft Dynamics) and improve financial data processes.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement automation solutions

• Maintain data governance standards and document analytics projects for future scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in finance analytics, data science, and reporting
  .

• 🎓
  Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  .

  Strong experience in analytics and reporting, with a focus on finance analytics
  .
• 📖
  Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards
  .

  Proficiency in SQL, Python, and DBT

  Experience with Power BI or Tableau to create compelling financial dashboards.
