IT Engineer, IT Support

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join our team in Dubai and support our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on exposure to Java development
, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Entry‑level professionals with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and Java‑based applications
• Write, test, and maintain Java code for internal tools and automation tasks
• Monitor system performance and identify issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures
• Participate in software testing, deployment, upgrades, and release activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  , or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience in IT engineering or Java development
• Proficiency in Java programming and object‑oriented design principles
• Basic understanding of:
• Networking fundamentals
• Operating systems
• Relational databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• UAE Family Book (required)

• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) – Java Programmer
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.,
  Python, Bash
  )
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Internship or project experience in a corporate IT environment
